Who you surround yourself with is who you will become.
You are the average of your peer group.
Do your peers bring you up or take you down?
Do you bring your peers up or are you the one bringing them down?
Seek those who will inspire and challenge you to a higher standard.
The expectations of your peer group will hold you accountable. If they are slack then this is what you will become. If they challenge you then you will have to expand and raise yourself to a higher level.
